Sturdy steel base of 140mm dia, powdercoated (and primed) with Dulux powdercoatings. 
 
Laser cut mounitng plate of 230mm dia with 6 x predrilled holes at 4.5mm in diameter for 8G size screws.
 
The legs do not have an official load limit however they are very strong and would take 90+kg per leg however what is more important is the counter balance.  
For larger table tops add more legs eg 2 legs for narrow tables like hall or kidney shaped coffee tables, cluster of 3 legs for round tables or 4 legs for rectangel/sqaure.  Its also important to remember that the tabe top itself has the strength to carry its weight between the span of the legs.
